How can I pay for my PLNDR purchase?
PLNDR accepts the following payment methods:
• Discover Card
• American Express
• Money Order (only for on-hold orders by customer service rep)
How can I purchase PLNDR items using my credit card?
To make a purchase at PLNDR using your credit card, go to the online store and select the item/s you want to buy, including the color and the size. Add each item to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button on the upper right side of your browser. If you want to change the items, simply click the “View Cart” button and remove the items manually.
Once you are done shopping, click the “Check Out” button and follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in with your PLNDR username and password. To check out without using access codes, checkout as Guest.
Step 2: Enter your full name and complete shipping address then select your preferred shipping method.
Step 3: Review your order, payment and billing details. If you are using any promotional or gift certificate codes, make sure to enter them before you check out. It is important that your credit card billing address matches your billing address. If everything is in order, click “Submit Order” to complete the transaction.
Within a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email. Read it thoroughly for details regarding your order.
How can I purchase PLNDR items using money order?
Money orders are reserved only for transactions held by our customer service representatives. Just call our Customer Service hotline with the brand, product name and color of the item you want to put on hold.
What should I do if I got charged twice for one order?
When a PLNDR order is placed, our system will automatically charge your card for the total bill. However, technical glitches that are beyond our control do happen every once in a while. The system may charge your card twice if you enter the wrong billing address and re-submit a corrected form. Do note that these authorizations are only “Pending” charges and the amount will not be debited from your account. Within 2 to 3 days, the “Pending” charges will be dropped.
If the duplicate credit card charge is still on your monthly statement even after 2 to 3 days, contact us directly to settle the issue.
